Terms of Service

Effective date: July 7, 2026. These terms set the rules for using Credivant and describe important limits that apply to market data, subscriptions, saved scans, and trading-related features.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Credivant, including our websites, applications, stock screening tools, sector analytics, saved scans, account features, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the service, or using any Credivant feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, abuse the service, interfere with platform integrity, or violate applicable law.

3. Nature of the service

Credivant provides market screening, technical indicator tools, saved scan workflows, sector performance views, and related analytics for informational and educational purposes only.

Credivant does not provide investment advice, trading advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, tax advice, legal advice, or personalized financial recommendations.

You are solely responsible for evaluating securities, strategies, risks, trade execution, position sizing, suitability, and compliance with laws or rules that apply to you.

4. Market data and third-party information

Market data, prices, indicators, fundamentals, sector metrics, volume, performance figures, and related content may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to revision.

Some information may be supplied by third-party data providers, exchanges, public sources, or market-data APIs. Such providers may impose additional terms or restrictions.

You must independently verify information before making any trading, investment, financial, tax, or legal decision.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and plan limits

Paid plans may provide access to additional features, usage limits, saved scans, alerts, templates, or other functionality. Plan details may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through the applicable billing flow. Fees are charged according to the plan, billing cycle, taxes, and payment terms shown at purchase.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or termination of paid features. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

We may modify pricing, plan limits, or feature availability with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated plan terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Credivant, disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, scrape or harvest data at scale, overload systems, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or interfere with security controls.

You may not use Credivant for unlawful activity, market manipulation, deceptive conduct, unauthorized financial promotion, infringement, harassment, spam, malware, or activity that harms other users or the platform.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or make automated bulk use of Credivant data or features unless we give written permission.

7. User content and saved scans

You retain ownership of scan names, descriptions, filter conditions, notes, feedback, and other content you create, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant Credivant a limited license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and use your content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, exchange rules, or these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Credivant and its software, designs, interfaces, workflows, text, graphics, branding, databases, documentation, and other materials are owned by Credivant or its licensors.

These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal personal or business research, subject to these terms and your plan limits.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or written agreement.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Credivant reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, market-data delays, third-party outages, network failures, security events, or other causes.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delayed data, unavailable features, or changes to the service.

10. No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credivant disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, profitable, suitable for your needs, or free from harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credivant will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, indirect damages, special damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, or consequential damages.

Credivant is not responsible for decisions you make based on platform output, market data, indicators, alerts, scans, templates, examples, educational material, or third-party information.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Credivant liability will be limited to the greater of the amount paid by you for the service in the three months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Credivant and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through the billing flow where available.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees, abuse the platform, or if required by law. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Credivant, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief for security, misuse, or intellectual-property matters.

15. Updates to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the service where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Important trading notice

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Credivant does not guarantee scan accuracy, profitable outcomes, signal reliability, market-data completeness, or suitability for any strategy.
