5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, payments, analytics, customer support, email delivery, security, and monitoring.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, regulatory request, or to protect Credivant, our users, or the public from harm, fraud, abuse, or security threats.

If Credivant is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Saved scans and account content are retained while your account is active unless deleted by you or removed under our policies. Backups and logs may remain for a limited period before deletion or anonymization.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

You may update account information through the product where available, cancel subscriptions through the billing flow, or request account deletion by contacting support.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

9. International users

Credivant may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing and work with service providers that commit to protecting information.
