Financial Disclaimer

Effective date: July 7, 2026. This disclaimer explains important limitations that apply to Credivant's market data, stock screening tools, alerts, indicators, templates, and educational content.

Not investment advice

Credivant does not recommend securities or strategies. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Do not place trades solely because a security appears in a scan, alert, template, or sector ranking.

1. Informational and educational use only

Credivant provides stock screening, technical analysis, sector analytics, market data displays, saved scans, templates, and related tools for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on Credivant should be interpreted as investment advice, trading advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise trade any security or financial instrument.

2. No personalized recommendations

Credivant does not know your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, investment horizon, liquidity needs, tax position, or regulatory obligations.

Scanner results, templates, indicators, alerts, rankings, sector views, watchlists, examples, and educational content are general tools and are not tailored to your personal circumstances.

3. No broker, adviser, or fiduciary relationship

Credivant is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, research analyst, exchange, custodian, or financial planner.

Use of Credivant does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, client, broker, or professional relationship. You remain solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions.

4. Market risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Securities can move rapidly and unpredictably due to earnings, liquidity, news, economic events, market structure, volatility, interest rates, geopolitical events, and other factors.

Strategies that appear effective in one period may fail in another. Leverage, margin, short selling, options, and concentrated positions can increase losses beyond initial expectations.

5. Data accuracy and delays

Market data, prices, volume, indicator values, sector performance, historical calculations, and scan results may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, corrupted, or subject to revision.

Data may come from third-party providers, public sources, exchanges, or market-data APIs. Credivant does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any data.

Always verify prices, indicators, corporate actions, liquidity, order details, and relevant market information through your broker, exchange, or other authoritative sources before making a decision.

6. Scanner and alert limitations

A scan match does not mean a security is suitable, safe, undervalued, profitable, or likely to move in a particular direction. A scan only means available data appeared to satisfy selected conditions at or around the time of processing.

Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, inaccurate, or unavailable due to data delays, system outages, third-party failures, network issues, browser settings, plan limits, or user configuration.

You should not rely on Credivant as the sole source for time-sensitive trading, risk management, execution, or portfolio monitoring.

7. Historical and hypothetical performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical returns, backtests, sector rankings, indicator behavior, examples, or hypothetical scenarios may not reflect actual trading conditions.

Hypothetical results may omit slippage, spreads, commissions, fees, taxes, liquidity constraints, borrowing costs, execution delays, data errors, and psychological or operational factors that affect real outcomes.

8. Third-party content and links

Credivant may reference third-party data, websites, APIs, tools, providers, exchanges, or external content. Third-party materials are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

9. User responsibility

You are responsible for conducting your own research, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, understanding risks, verifying data, complying with applicable laws, and deciding whether any trade or investment is suitable for you.

You should consult a licensed financial adviser, tax professional, attorney, or other qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your finances, taxes, or legal obligations.

10. No guarantee of results

Credivant does not guarantee profitability, accuracy of signals, quality of scan matches, uninterrupted access, successful execution, avoidance of losses, or suitability for any investment strategy.

You agree that you use Credivant at your own risk and that Credivant is not responsible for financial losses or decisions made using the service.
